We strive to complete shipments within a 1 week time period. This is due to the products being entirely handmade, with customization time, design time and any paint curing time the products may need before being shipped out. This is to ensure optimal and exceptional quality of your item, and to ensure that you will be completely satisfied upon receiving your product. We intend to ship your item as soon as possible. You will be notified of any and all updates. If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately. 

In regard to Item Return Shipment, please see our Return Policy. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay return shipping postage. If you receive the item and it is damaged at the fault of the postal service (package is damaged causing product to be damaged), in this circumstance, we recommend you refuse delivery of the parcel and email us immediately. You will not be charged return shipping costs. We will submit a claim with our shipping company and inspect the returned parcel, and the refund you accordingly or send out a new parcel, depending upon our agreement.

We Use Canada Post Primarily For Our Shipping Through Shopify, And You Will Be Provided Updates Throughout The Shipping Process.

We do not hold any liability or responsibility for delays by customs, errors in form addresses, external delays such as weather, natural disasters, postal service strikes and other extenuating circumstances that are out of our personal control. Once the item has been dropped off at the postal office, responsibility for items is out of our hands entirely.
